Our Agency is currently seeking to add a highly energetic and motivated Customer Service Representative to our team. This is a part time position. This position is responsible for greeting and servicing all the needs of our clients as well as advising on coverage and selling additional policies when appropriate.

 

The Duties Include: -Provides service to agency clients -Cross-sells all products of the agency -Assists in managing weekly marketing systems Personal Characteristics we are looking for: -Highly motivated individual, eager to succeed -Positive thinker with a can-do attitude -Proficient with basic word processing and computer applications -Outgoing and friendly personality Job Requirements -High School diploma or equivalent -Ability to pass P/C and Life license -Typing -40 WPM Minimum
